Yes. A momo space has exactly two members. There are no profiles, followers, groups or anything public to find, and once your partner joins nobody else can.
That's the plan. momo is built natively for Android and iPhone, and both share the same space. The Android app is available now and the iPhone app is coming soon.
No. Your answers stay sealed until you have both answered. That rule is enforced by our database, not just hidden in the app, and after the reveal both answers are locked.
Your answers, notes, memories, photos and voice notes are encrypted on your phone with a key that only your two devices share. Our servers store the encrypted version and cannot read it.
No. There are no streaks to lose and no guilt notifications. There is one optional daily reminder, and it stays off until you turn it on.
momo is free, with no ads. If we add optional extras later, the daily question, memories and notes stay free, and one subscription will cover both of you.
Sign in on the new phone. Your encryption key is passed to it securely the next time your partner opens momo, and everything unlocks.
Either of you can unlink. The shared space closes for both of you straight away, the content is kept for 30 days so either of you can export it, and then it is permanently deleted.
